Jeremy is a Senior Lecturer at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, Founder & CEO of Nvoye, and an accredited coach and supervisor (DGSV). As an Academy Fellow at the Clingendael Institute, he spent over 5 years training diplomats and officials from over 120 countries on negotiation, influencing, and advocacy.

His field work spans Iraq (training community mediators for UNDP), Nairobi (humanitarian negotiation for frontline workers across Africa), and the Baltic States (negotiation training for women leaders in security and foreign affairs). He previously served at the EU's External Action Service in Brussels. He holds an MA from the Free University of Berlin and an MA from The International Psychoanalytic University, and has published peer-reviewed research on negotiation dynamics at COP28.
